I was wondering if we could get a "wheels for sale" sub-category under the parts for sale section?

Good idea but I doubt it would happen. They don't want to start creating a bunch of subcatagories. I know this has been discussed with having a Honda parts forsale section and things like this before.

There are some changes coming down the pipe, but they're coming slowly. I don't know if we'll see a wheel section, though.
