Default How to search for two keywords simultaneously

I have been having a problem searching for information on this site. Most of the things I am searching for requires more than one key word in order to come up with any relevant information.

For example, I want to search about how to title salvage cars with rebuilt title,
So, I put in "rebuilt title" in the search box, however, the search only finds treads with either "rebuilt" or "title", but it doenst specifically give me treads with both.
This is not the first time I am trying to search the database for some information I am looking for and not able to find it, and I always have to just end up posting it and waiting the long wait to see if anyone wishes to reply to my tread.

Is there any way to make it search both words at once? Or does the search feature NOT have these capabilities?

Try "rebuilt title" and keep the quotations.

Okay, I know I am not stupid. lol. I tried the exact thing you said "rebuilt title" in quotes, and it still searched for either "rebuilt" or "title". Maybe you have some extra admin previlages that allowed you to search the normal way, but it didnt work for me.

Thanks for the results however. I may have to P.M. you everytime I need to search for something. J/K.

Anyway, here is the results of my search

You can see that it does not give the same results as your search. I am not sure if this is a known problem, or maybe a user level restriction.

Perhaps eng can shed some light onto this?

The search with the quotation marks worked for blah because he's a Patron which have access to boolean searches which are much more powerful but also server intensive.

So to answer your question, yes it's a user level restriction.
