Not quite sure what you're asking ... links to videos are the same as any other link. All that we ask is that you put some information about the video so people have an idea what they're getting into before they click on the link 
Suggested format:
http://www.example.com/movie.avi (length, file size, file format / codecs)
Example:
https://www.vadriven.com/vids/dragva.mpg (2:55, 29.1MB, MPEG 1)
Suggested format:
http://www.example.com/movie.avi (length, file size, file format / codecs)
