Help with vendor status
hey everyone.
can anyone give me some help or information on vendor accounts. I paid for 3 month vendor status about 2 weeks ago now and my user account has yet to be upgraded. |

I had Patron status do the same thing, i messaged Eng and he got with IB to get me a refund. Haven`t heard anything back as to what the problem actually was or if it had been fixed yet. If Eng doesn`t stumble across this page i would send him a message with your paypal unique transaction number for a refund.
I tried on two different occasions with no success. Guess it`s still broken an IB is still trying to work out why. |

Something with their PayPal setup has been busted; so you didn't get charged at least, but that's why the usergroup wasn't changed.
I haven't heard back from IB tech, but I'll bug them again to see if there's been any progress. |
