Can't upload avatar or change username
 

When uploading an avatar, I receive the "invalid picture format" each time. I've messed with the dimensions and file size of the picture many times, but get the same error each time. I also get the error if I try to directly link to the image via a web address.

Edit: I'm an idiot. Found the "Anti Spam Question." Avatar issue still applies.

I am getting the same issue :(

I gives me an "Invalid File" error for uploading a new avatar per requirements
