2010 car calendars?
Anyone know of any forums that are putting together 2010 calendars of member's rides? I've seen a few, but they are all just a single make/model, ie e36 M3's. I'd like something a little more diverse. How about we do a VADriven calendar of the top 12 runners-up for the dope contest?
To clarify, I'm not looking for the generic ferrari or lambo calendars they sell in the kiosks in the mall, but a compilation of member's cars from whatever forum. Usually I can find one I like, but so far I have not found any I like.

It's probably too late to get a company to make them right now. Most have submission deadlines in November.
I love this idea, hell there could be 3 or 4 different ones with all the cars on this site. BUT, I think its just too late to do a 2010 version.

Re: 2010 car calendars?
I like what was previously posted, take the top 12 contenders for the VAD ride of the year.
IMO, the time needed to do photoshoots and post-processing for them is moot, as those owners have (most likely) already posted their best photos up for the competition.
We could just take one (HI-RES) photo of each of the top 12 that was posted, and submit it to an online calendar maker.
Thoughts?
Would a company turn away that business, even if the customers missed using the first few weeks/month of the calendar?
Yeah, we'll move it to help desk. If VAD's name/logo will be on it, Sung/Eng should know.
edit: I take that back about the post processing time. Sung/Eng will probably want to put a logo/watermark on each picture first.

Re: 2010 car calendars?
IF you did a feb-jan calendar maybe. On coloradofans we were warned by the print company not to be late. In theory you could get january printed but you may not see calendars until mid january.
If it doesn't matter to those that buy them then who cares.
Are profits going back to driven or donated to charity in driven's name?

Re: 2010 car calendars?
Would you feel like taking the initiative to contact a calendar company for photo resolution requirements, and contact the VAD dope car contest top 12?
