OEM AP1 S2000 Front Lip RARE

I am parting with my OEM Honda S2000 AP1 Front lip. This was installed on my s2000 by honda around 2 years ago. They said it was the last one in the warehouse and they are now discontinued and very hard to find. It is minty and no scrapes etc. It is currently spa yellow. Only thing i will trade it for it s very clean oem ap2 front or rear bumper and must be a honda bumper not a aftermarket.
