94-97 ITR lip from wings west. RVA

Description: bought the wrong one and they won't take the it back... I need the 98-01 this is brand new from wings west never installed. Comes with mounting screws and and original box. Will trade for mint GSR blades, B series turbo parts, GSR stuff, eibach pro springs etc. Offer up. can put cash on top
