92-95 civic Bi-xenon H.I.D. kit and Dc teg "spoon" mirrors

Trades: Dc teg fenders, 94-97 dc teg fog lights, 94-97 dc teg amber corners, 94-97 dc teg headlights.
I have a bi-xenon H.I.D. kit for a 92-95 civic. I believe they are 6k on the lows and have a halogen high beam. The only problem is that only one ballast is bad and a new one on ebay is like $20 and less. I only want $25 for the complete kit. It was only used for a day and the only reason its not in my car is because i have a set with the H.I.D. high beam. I also have a set of spoon replica mirrors for a DC integra for $20. They are non-power and have a little overspray on them. Local pick up only please, thanks.
