Details:
The registration is capped at 30 people so sign up as the day fills up fast. Contact yoshi@Slidewaysonline.com for media pass registration or questions. Spectators/car enthusiasts are welcome and are Free. Your car must pass tech inspection to drift. If it does not, you will not be able to drive and you will not get a refund. MAKE SURE you have a battery tie down, no leaks, and that your car is in good working condition. Helmets will not be provided.

Media:
You must email Yoshi(Yoshi@Slidewaysonline.com) Prior to the event to get onto the media list. If you are not on the list by midnight the night before the event, you will not receive a pass. There will also be a media meeting after the driver's meeting to go over safety and rules.

COURSE WORKING: Part of our contract this year is that the track needs to be spotless when we leave. Plus to keep the track gravel free while driving, we are instituting a push broom session between groups. At the end of a run group, that group will be required to sweep the track free of any gravel your run group has kicked up onto the track. Any sweeping that needs to be done during a group's session will be done by that group. IE if you kicked it up, you should sweep it up.

Thanks for all the support everyone. I'm happy we can do more drift days this year. If this keeps up, we can do a few more in the october-december time frame. Feel free to copy this to other forums and check back regularly for updates!

Friday is still good. Nascar and Try-it racing have all weekends booked through the regular season. Most days we can get are tuesdays and thursdays. They don't run a regular nascar race that weekend (IE it's booked for a fair on the saturday IIRC) but that friday is open.

Only have 2 fully signed up and 3 paying. Lets make this big!

The only other ODS day we have scheduled this year is OCT 29th (saturday IIRC). If interest is high, we can do a week day in between but it would wind up being an idle thursday.
