if it is a brand name yes i am willing to add cash but if its a nockoff ebay type catback it would be considered more a even trade considering a oem catback cost about as much as a ebay catback.

Has a tanabe gold medallion muffler on it, resonator and thats all I know. But it won't be a straight up trade considering what he paid for it used and how you can get a free oem exhaust from anyone.
