Default WTB: Help installing a catback for rsx! RUST

My catback install went crappy on me. There is so much damn rust. I cant get any of it apart, i have tryed drilling holes through the bolts near the cat convertor but its not working. Also when drilling holes, a titanium drill bit got jammed in the hole. I just need someone that knows what there doing to help me cut this stock catback off and hopefully still be able to use my stock cat. Ive bee working in a 12inch space also using only jackstands.
Let me know tips or anykind of help.
