Never installed on my end but bought it used from someone in Hawaii. CLEARS BELLMOUTH DOWNPIPES like TurboXS brand. Definitely fits 02-07 WRX / STi. Not sure about 08+ but don't see why not.

What you see is what you get. Don't know what spring is in there as I've never put this on.
