1 Skunk2 Pro Series Intake manifold for B16/Type R PORTED $200
As you can see in this picture you need to get this welded back up. How I had this cut I will not mess with the IACV or any of the vaccum ports. All of the porting was to open up the runners at the plentum, and the runners themselves were smoothed out.
This will kick some ass on a turbo car.
2. Precision Intercooler Fits perfect in the bumper $200
3 ACT Lightened Flywheel Resurfaced 8.4 lbs $75
4. Rs Machine 85mm Type R pistions, W/ Wrist pins. Skirts are coated $200

Who did the porting on the manifold? And if you then how do you insure it flows evenly on each cylinder.

I cant all i did was open up the mouth of the runner and cleaned them down the length. skunk2 told me what they did to some manifolds and they made power. i smoothed the top of the runners. i didnt take much material and realy went to town on the sides. (Got the casting lines out)

Really to anyone that reads this thread.. I cant prove any power what so ever. However i did not gut this thing out as far as cutting the manifold down however I used a barrel sander to clean the runners THIS TECHNIQUE WILL NOT DESTROY THE FLOW OF THIS MANIFOLD PER SKUNK2. If you dont want to take a chance and finish the manifold dont buy it... also if you use this manifold on a turbo set up you can get away with out a perfectly balanced manifold due to the nature of forced air and haveing the manifold pressurized. If you want it make and offer if not thats cool too. The only reason i am selling this is i got an AIR carbon manifold and going with that one do to the bling factor.
