Forged LS2 – 5k miles. Build specs are as follows;
  • BLOCK: 2005 Chevrolet LS2
  • HEADS: Stock 243's, GM MLS Gaskets

    ROTATING:
  • Crankshaft - Stock 24tooth reluctor, polished
  • Timing - Double-roller adjustable timing chain set to +0
  • Camshaft - Custom, 228/236-114 600/600 (off the top of my head), polished, degreed upon installing
  • Pistons - Diamond Racing Forged -13.7cc, 4" bore, 3.622" stroke
  • Rods - Callies Forged 6.125"
  • Rings - Mahle 4"
  • Bearings - Federal Mogul
** Notes: Crank was machined "10 over", bearings match this. Crank has been horizontally pinned to lock Overdrive pulley in place.

    VALVETRAIN:
  • Pushrods - Comp Chromoly 7.400"
  • Rockers - Harland Sharp 1.7 ratio, individual pedestal pairs
  • Springs - Comp 921, Titanium retainers, hardened seats
  • Valves - Manley SS valves, matched to head ports
  • Lifters - Comp Cams "R" Hydraulic Roller Lifters, p/n #8950-16
** Notes: Since purchasing the R's, a lot of pepole have found them to be noisier than the Caddy lifters. Also, the new generation LS lifter-guides were installed to ensure maximum longevity.

    BOLTS:
  • Head - ARP Head Studs p/n 234-4317
  • Mains - ARP Studs p/n 234-5608
  • Camshaft - ARP Bolts p/n 134-1002
  • Rods - ARP Bolts p/n 234-6301
** Notes: Remaining bolts are OE unless noted above, ARP was used where future disassembly and/or stress could take place, for longevity purposes

    LUBE/COOLING:
  • Oil - SLP Heavy-Duty/High-Flow oil pump

How much are you asking for the engine? And who assembled it?

Damn!

I really wish the timing was right for me regarding the motor and some of the other bits. :/

Out of sheer curiosity, how much for the block?

Glws.
