very low miles to have spun a bearing.... what was the cause?

Im not exactly sure what the cause was. But the car ran normal before removal. The only problem was a slight rod knock at around 3k rpms.

How much for the Intake manifold?
and with the throttle body?

Are you willing to seperate?
