Any guarantee it runs and doesn't smoke, knock, tick, or leak? Mileage?

motor is good no smoke or any kind of noise...has around 100,xxx......

damn, i just traded my fresh jdm d15b vtec full swap for a full b18b1 swap, but would of rather got this trade plus the 200 and i would of been set.
