hey i got a type r with
Bottom end:
Re-honed + gone over completely
Cometic HG 20 over
ARP head studs + engine hardware
Clevite bearings (main, thrust & rods)
Eagle rods
Forged CP Pistons 20 over 9:1
Crank balanced + blue printed to 10k RPM.
OEM Bottom end set gaskets
SuperTech Block Guard
Top end:
Supertech valves
OEM valve seals
Felpro Type R engine upper gasket
Re-decked+3 angle valve job.
Kevlar timing belt
has about 5500 k on it now but needs rings. its still in my car and runs. Made 330 at 13 lbs and i dont boost it any more due to rings. Long block only without intake clutch or manifold 2000, it gets all its proper warm ups 5-10 min and 2 min cool down
