h23/h22 stuff i need gone ASAP

I have a h23a1 block with a jdm h22a type s head thats about 90% completed.
The motor has been rebuilt. The only thing it needs is a timing belt tentioner,balance shaft tentioner and a dizzy and it wouldnt hurt to get a water pump and t-stat for is too.
I was going to put it in my accord after the f23 blew up but plans changed i ran out of time/money so ima just putting a new f23 back in it
For 100 bucks more ill throw in a jdm h22a automatic tranny with torque converter
The good:
H23a1 block
Jdm H22a type-s head
New main bearings
New rod bearings
New thrust washers
New piston rings
New h22 oil pump
New H22 timing gear(for CPK/CYP sensor)
new h22 timing belt
New h22 head gasket
New head bolts
New front main seal
New rear main seal
New balance shaft seals
New intake manifold gasket
New exhaust manifold gasket
New valve cover gasket
New v/c grommets
New vtec solenoid gasket
New cam seals
New oil pan gasket
New oil pick up gasket
Every gasket/seal on the motor are brand new im sick of listing them all lol
Megen racing header(flange has been cut off and a flex pipe was welded on by previous owner)
H23 alternator
H22 intake manni... complete minus the butterflies
The bad:
Timing assembly need to be put together
Needs manual t-belt/balance shaft tentioners
Needs balance shaft belt
Needs dizzy
