h22a4 spund bearing complete motor

Description: i just pulled it from my 98 prelude it spun a bearing then locked up it will spin freely for about half a turn then thats it..its complete longblock i will not part i just want it gone!!!

Can you use it in a sentence? "I done runnoft the the drivin path cuz I dernt knew I spund a bearing."? Or "My old lady done runnoft back to the cookin' room.."?
