GT3076R BB with 5k miles
Name: Chris
Location: Williamsburg
Means of contact: pm or 7576 457684
Price: $275 OBO
Description: I have in my possession a GT3076 ball bearing turbo, T25 turbine flange, EWG with Garrett 5 bolt exhaust. It only has 5k miles with 6 oil changes (when factoring the break process of the new engine it was put on). This is not a Garrett or some big name brand. Only reason I am getting rid of it is because I clipped one of the compressor fins pulling the housing off and chipped the end of one of the fins (this happened on a head gasket change when i went to clock the housing and was never driven on the chipped fin). I was not able to have long downtime with my car so I bought an new one instead of buying a new wheel and having it rebalanced (1 day downtime vs 1 week).
The turbo spooled great and held boost comfortably at 30psi on my car.
As many of you turbo gurus know, it can still be used in its condition, but its life span will be decreased due to the current imbalance.
And for clarification, this is just the turbo (no wastegate actuator)
