Full turbo kit & turbo parts for b18a1

Want to start piecing together parts to boost my civic come inspection in spring time. Looking to get a full turbo kit if the price is right with or without turbo. If a turbo is included it must be in good condition and if receipts are at hand to show when the turbo was bought to indicate age then that is a plus. as far as turbo size goes something around a GT30 would do or something in that ballpark. For the other parts I'm looking for things that would support somewhere around 350-400whp so no poop intercoolers or any injectors less than 550.Power steering will be removed but I do want to keep AC so anyone with AC compatible down pipes let me know!
Looking for Eagles Rods, again for a b18 LS motor
pistons somewhere around stock compression.
Cometic head gasket
Supertech or Ferrea Valve train (Valves, Valve springs and retainers)
Any other parts I missed to mention I will update whenever I think of them or if you recommend anything feel free to give some advice, all positive advice and info will be greatly appreciated and please NO EBAY NO NAME/BRAND JUNK
