Single cam Full build and turbo parts

Whats goin on yall...so my cars not selling and getin pretty desperate on cash for this house so im throwin out the option of selling the Motor with all the goods...i know im forgeting a few things but everything for it to run is here....stuff in bold/green is "turbo kit". Its about $4100 in parts and machining alone not including the engine n tranny for 3200...
