F20C Complete Longblock 78K miles
I ended up putting in a F22C because this motor may have some issues. Let me start off first saying that this motor DOES RUN and it runs well. I have multiple vouches to say how this motor performed. I did a compression test / leakdown test and they werent the numbers I was looking for to make the power I wanted for a turbo setup. The motor was taken out 5/20/2010 by S&M Automotive, Richmond VA.
Cylinders
------------
1- 210 psi / 34 % leakdown
2 - 205 psi / 25 % leakdown
3 - 235 psi / 15 % leakdown
4 - 235 psi / 7% leakdown
All leakdown results were still within the green / normal of the gauge but im not sure as to what is actually within Honda spec. I was told +/- 28% so this would mean its still straight. The leakdown tests show the head to be perfect with no issue, so it would be in the bottom end.
I say again, this motor does indeed run, doesnt smoke, and runs well. For someone looking to rebuild this motor it will be great, but for someone wanting a direct swap, you might wanna pull the head and inspect the bottom end. Two shops will vouch for the condition of this motor. it may just need some new rings and you're set to go.

The motor currently has the following for the KPro conversion but can be taken back to stock AP1 form OR I cant just give you the Ap1 parts to put back to normal its up to you.
06+ Valve cover
06+ TDC Sensor exhaust side
06+ TDC wheel exhaust side
06+ Crank Sensor
06+ Crank sensor pulsar
06+ PCV Valve / Washer
Motor still has the pulleys, crank wheel, water pump, oil pump, brand new oil pan.
My asking price is $1,950 I WILL NOT accept trades, but I will entertain serious non low balling offers. PM, text or Call 904-422-6402.
