Description: For sale is my y8/y7 swap.
The bottom end is a d16y7 with 190xxx while pulling the motor from another car i took the head off and cleaned the inside of the block and made sure everything was in tact even though i had just heard it run. As it is in the car right now it is a complete d16y7 engine, block and head together. I have two D16y8 heads to go with the swap.
New parts on the swap are:
- new thermal intake manifold gasket 0 miles
-New distributor-0 miles
-New plugs-0 miles
-New passenger axle-10 miles
-New valve cover-0 miles
-New timing belt-0 miles
-New water pump-0 miles
-New headgasket-0 moles
It comes as a complete y7 and i have 2 extra y8 heads to go with it
-Brand new header- 2 start ups.
-New crank sensor-0 miles
-New knock sensor-0 miles
-A few other sensors.
The transmission is a b000 tranny, which is the short gear trans.
The swap comes with all the new parts which are on the motor, transmission, axles, shift linkage, tranny bracket.
I also have a wiring harness that can go with the swap for $50 extra.

Will not part out, if you just want the tranny or just the motor, buy the whole swap and sell the rest yourself, i need to get rid of all this single cam stuff so i can swap in my b series motor i have sitting in my garage beside my car.
