D15B7 non-Vtec swap

Description: rebuilt this motor in my house and put it in my civic,
It runs and drives but something is off and it's not wanting to build power up to it full potential, something holding it back from its true power!! (Think the timing is off)
Car drives but slow , not a race car but perfect for daily driving once problem is tweaked!
Now I would like to Sell the whole swap and then buy a D16 vtec cause I miss vtec ):
BUYER WILL GET O DRIVE CAR BEFORE SWAP IS PULLED FOR SERIOUS BUYER ONLY!!
Head was resurfaced,hot bathed,machined,and valve job
Block had same and tranny case was hot bathed! Motor is OE style rebuilt.

Y80 5-speed tranny. x2
Short ram intake
