Custom made aluminum coolant surge tank by MA Motorsports.

Custom made aluminum coolant surge tank by MA Motorsports.
Has (2) -4an fittings on the top side and (1) -10an bung on the bottom.
The top bracket, was originally fitted to bolt to the front of an RWD SR20VE setup (the top bracket ALSO works on standard RWD SR heads, where it bolts onto the valve cover.
The second bracket (base of surge tank) requires you to attach an L-bracket (if I remember correctly) to the existing bracket that is welded onto the surge tank - in order for that bracket to fit on a RWD SR.
I only test fitted the surge tank and never actually installed it, so all it has been doing is collecting dust in my garage.
I borrowed the following photos.
There was another plate welded from the bend at the end of the bracket to the tank itself (forming a triangle):
