COMPLETE ka24de turbo kit

I am looking to buy a house in the near future so I have decided to unturbo my project car.
Setup:
ka24de dohc ecu w/Bikirom daughterboard + cable
complete sr20det sidemount setup with hot and cold pipes, also with sr20det bov
KA24E & KA24DE T3/T04 Oil Line Kit (http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/index2.html)
ka24de tapped oilpan using the above kit
Trust(Greddy) 3" downpipe with wideband bung welded
Innovate LC-1 Wideband(doesnt have guage but you can purchase seperately for ~80 from innovate)
Sr20det t-25 turbo with no shaft play and spins very freely
sr20det o2 housing
N60 MAF w/pigtail
Sr20det 370cc injectors on dohc fuel rail
xspower manifold w/t2 flange (This is version 2, difference is added supports to prevent crafting, over 1 year installed and no cracks)
Custom made intake since the oem one is impossible to find.
PRICE: 1075 shipped
This price may seem high but add up the cost of everything and the fact that this stuff was barely used including the wideband which i didnt even install and the ecu which was 400+ shipping when i purchased it.
