What do you mean an actual chip and not a basemap? Just a blank chip or looking for a chipped ecu and to get tune? OBD0 or OBD1? VTEC or non? We have a couple at the shop. PM me if interested.

lol, some gray areas here. you need to do some reading.
hondata, and neptune - you have to pay the tuner a fee to use the software. you have to use a tuner who has paid a licensing fee to be able to use the software
chrome + others - freeware, you can dl yourself and burn/modify maps
