B20 long lock from jspec in car running

Description: ok here's the deal. Motor came in my car and runs great no knock or smoke or anything. It is turboed. It was bought from jspec with 43k has maybe 47k now. It's still in the car and will not be pulled Untill I have cash in hand so yes this means u can see hear and feel it run and drive. Will include everything minus mounts and my tapped oil pan. And injectors
Only trades are for a Gsr b20vtec or ls vtec. Must be in car running so i see there are no issues and can add some cash depending on what u have but don't offer me anything built cause I don't have that kind of cash to add

JDM B20B longblocks can be bought for $499-600 picked up that hasn't been boosted with a warranty here in VA.
Not trying to bash, but why is your price $1,200 if you don't mind me asking?
