B Series, DC2, Type R Parts

Price: I am PCSing (moving) in a couple of months and need to clean out the garage. I do not want to hassle with shipping or meeting up outside of the 757. NO TRADES! Most prices are firm, but entertain me with offers...
Descriptions:
-2000 ITR Power Steering Rack. Used. Approx. 130k. Had a p/s delete kit on it. Could be used for parts. Still in working condition if you replaced the tie rods. No pic at this time. $35.
-DC2 5x114.3 Spare tire. Came out of my 2000 R. No pic at this time. $25.
-DC2 OEM Full Length Radiator w/ fans. Came out of my 2000 R. No issues when I pulled it. It is missing the plug from the right side fan (I used it on my after market setup). No pic at this time. $75.
-P72 Oil Pan. Used, some scratches, no dents. Pulled off my old setup, replaced with a Moroso. $30.
-Brand New OEM B18C Head Gasket. Bought and didn't use it. $75.
-Brand New in Box JG Edelbrock 65MM B Series Throttle Body. Ended up going bigger. No TPS. Comes with new TB Gasket. $200.
-Hondata S100. Chip only. Pulled out of my P28 for s300. $100.
-JDM EK9 Steering Hub. Pulled off a JDM ITR non-srs steering wheel I purchased for my DC2. Perfect for someone trying to fit a JDM non-srs wheel to their EK...No pic at this time. $25.
-2000 ITR OEM Stereo w/ Code. Lights up Amber. Pulled from my 2000 ITR. Includes storage slot below the deck. $150.
-JDM DC2 Clock Cover. Brand New. No pic at this time. $15.
-Brand New USDM DC2 E-Brake Handle Assy. Bought by mistake. Still in box. $50.
-DC2 Cargo Cover. Used. Pulled off my 2000 ITR. Good condition. $50.
-Used 2000 OEM ITR Floor Mats (checkered pattern). Good condition, driver side mat could use a good wash. One rear mat has a slight burn on the outer edge. See pics... $100.
-Used 2000 DC2 Front Pillar Plastics. Good condition. Could use a quick cleaning. No pic at this time. $25.
-Used JEGS 37degree Single Flare Tool and Tubing Bender. Works fine. Paid $50. $25.
