3.2 Acura heads off a 91 Legend

I'm replacing a head on a friends 91 Acura Legend 3.2. I got the old head off and realized he bought the wrong side . So here is the deal. The passenger side head I have is good bought from a junk yard. Just looking to help him get his money back. He paid $100. Also the driver side head looks in good shape, I took it off because he blew the head gasket, and rather than machining just bought a new head. So that one is available as well, make an offer.
Both heads have exhaust manifolds, and complete with all valves/cam ect.
