Hi all, I'm looking to trade for, or buy a cheap piece of shit car/truck/molester van.

Requirements:
Must run and drive (or be close to it)
Must be decently close to passing inspection
Must be around $500 or less
Must be local (I'm not driving six hours to pick up a $235/case of beer car)
