224 horsepower
5-speed
114k miles
Runs and drives good
Engine runs smooth (no ticks, whisper quite)
New timing belt
Engine rebuilt about 20K miles ago
Fair paint
Clean interior
Title in hand
Bad heater core (bypassed, holds coolant well)

Because I wanted to update everything and also update the title and as far as I know, you can't do that to an old post. I have no glue how to delete the old post either.
