With this being said, I will put my money where my mouth is! UPON CONDITIONAL SALE OF TRUCK I WILL GET NEW DYNO RUNS ON TRUCK. IF AND I MEAN IF THE NUMBERS ARE NOT WHAT I CLAIM THEM TO BE I WILL GET QUOTES TO BUILD MOTOR (add parts) TO MAKE THE NUMBERS STATED ACCURATE! I WILL THEN TAKE THAT COST DIRECTLY OFF THE ASKING PRICE!

I could maybe see it getting close to that at the flywheel with some serious timing advance. And maxing those injectors to the absolute threshold. I'd rethink that claim until you tesearch what it costs to get a 5.4L to put down that kind of power...
The only exception being what version (2,3, or 4valve)
For the record from ford NA engines make the following.
5.4L 2V makes 230-255hp while being equipped with a non forged crank and fracture split rods.
5.4L 3V 295-310hp
5.4L 4V 300-412hp *disclaimer* the higher numbers are from a European only market special edition vehicle and a Cobra R.
That Tq rating alone is going to take either A. Boost it B. Stupid high compression ratios matched to a cam ground to utilize it.
I'd almost be willing to pay the $4000 difference just to turn a profit on it.
