Car has been in my family since 2005. It has under 105,000 miles on it. It runs well. It averages mid to high 20s, gets over 30 mpg on the highway. With that said, it's definitely not perfect. It's a New York car, so it definitely has rocker rust. Also has some other cosmetic imperfections/minor body damage. The car needs what I'm quite sure is a wheel bearing. It has a loud hum coming from a wheel at speeds above 40 mph. I purchased something else, so I have not been driving the car lately. Being registered in NY, it is not Virginia inspected. I don't see why it wouldn't pass, but I can't say with 100% certainty that it will. Car has hot heat. AC works, however it has a leak somewhere in the system, so would at the very least need a charge. Car rides smooth, it's a Buick. So basically what I have is a good running, driving car with low miles, that could definitely use a little work and somewhat cosmetically challenged.
