99 Jeep Grand Cherokee trades for Honda

Description:
I have my 99 Grand Cherokee up for sale or trade, it has 91000 miles and rising as it is my daily to work 5 to 6 days a week.
Body & Exterior;
I'd rate 6/10, paint isn't bad other then the hood faded a little, does have dents and dings, and looks like someone backed into something in the rear bumper, has no effect on the rest of the vehicle as I've thoroughly looked this thing over underneath, all cosmetic damage to bumper,hitch is still entact and fine.
Factory roof racks in tact.
factory fog lights work.
brand new front brakes and rotors within 4000 miles
New Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo2 all terrain tires less then 4000 miles on them.
Engine &trans:
4.7L V8 runs strong has not given me any problems and doesn't smoke, leak,burn oil, or make any funny noises. I cleaned the throttle body and did a fuel injection service on it when I bought it last year which has only been a few thousand miles.
Has the Quadratrac II AWD system which works, however it needs the front drive shaft replaced which is missing because the old one was bad. Will run fine without the front shaft but obviously needed if you want it to work AWD/4WD.
UPDATE: 5-1-2013: brand new radiator installed old one was leaking, runs great and not leaking anymore.
replaced MAP sensor in April with OE MAP, can provide receipt for part as well.
another UPDATE:6-1-13: replaced A/C Condenser had a hole in it. Brand new one installed and professionally evac. and recharged.
Interior:
All stock interior is present, original floor mats are in decent shape.
Tan leather seats( drivers side worn and someone put some tan duct tape on the side of it where it started to split.
Power Seats work perfect all directions.
Heated seats in front work perfect lo and hi.
Automatic climate control in good working order
factory Infinity Gold stereo system works other then tweeters in dash I believe are dead.
No malfunction lights on in dash
all interior lights function
Has a moon roof that works, power windows and heated mirrors side and rear work properly.
Keyless entry pad and original key included and working and one working spare key.
State Inspection will be new as of this week 4/15
Bad:
as mentioned the exterior has its flaws but not bad for a 13 yr old Jeep.
needs the front driveshaft replaced, Tom Wood's makes them for about $340 which I have taken that into consideration on my cash price. Could probably have a local shop build one for cheaper even.
Makes noise from the rear suspension when going over bumps. Haven't really had time to check it out
All in all I love this Jeep but I don't really have a need for a SUV/4x4/V8 engine and I want to get back into Honda's, so throw me some offers.

I got a 97 Honda civic coupe with a d16y8 full exhaust hid's. Other than that bone stock. Would come with d16z6 bored .5 with vitara pistons and eagle rods. Z6 head port and polished .5 over black nirtrate valves, full kms valve train, titanium retainers.
