Fixed the engine light issue. Will update on the starting and fpr to see if the problems have been fixed also.

Update:
Have a working fog light switch and working fuel pressure regulator to go with sale unless I have the time to install.

Update:

Stock fuel pressure regulator has been installed and the starting problem has been fixed.
