94 Pontiac Grand Am Coupe 77.5k miles!

This is a 1994 Pontiac Grand Am. I've had this car for 2 years and i want to get something new. I will trade and throw a lil extra cash in but i'd rather just sell it.
Good:
All new Speakers (6x9 Infinity Kappas in Rear, Polk audios in front)
New front tires
Always change oil at 3,000 miles
Bad:
Scratches and small dents
Paint on mirrors are fading
Automatic Door Locks dont work
No seatbelt in the rear left passenger seat
