86 F150 2wd 4.88 gears 302 (5.0L)
Selling my 86 f150, I had big plans for this truck but with school and work I just dont have the time for another project. The truck is in good shape and there is not any hardcore rust in the bed or on the frame. There is some surface rust on the hood and fender. Im selling the truck with all the after market parts on in. Which include an alpine head unit (CDE-122) and 2 alpine 6 1/2 speakers. Aftermarket HIDS 6k bulbs hi/low kit and clear lens headlights form bronco graveyard. I will also include the firstik cb antenna and cb radio which includes a PA system. There is also a full size craftsman truck box and plastic bed liner. I also have a set of 37s mounted on 15x12 pacer wheels. The tires are pretty much done but will include with sale. I also have all the parts to put a 6 inch lift on the truck (blocks and springs) which I will include also. I love this truck a lot and was originally going to swap a 460 and straight axle into it, but as I said before I dont have time for it anymore (I have a built 460 for sale also that was originally going into this). There are a lot of new parts on this truck that are listed below.
Good
new radiator, new dual fuel tank valve, fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator, new fuel pump, new ecu, new starter, new egr, new tps, new map sensor, new high pressure power steering line, theres a bunch of other stuff but I cant think of everything. I can get the receipts for the work on the ECU if needed. Has long tube headers, and glass packs. The 4 inch lift is brand new only a couple months old with rough country shocks. The alignment is recent as well.
Bad
The truck leaks oil pretty bad. I dont know where the leak is coming from but it looks like somewhere towards the top back of the motor and it drips down. There is no a/c the compressor stopped pumping freon so i removed it. It had a second gas tank, but someone stole it from my back yard when I removed it. Turn signals do not work, someone tried to steal the truck and probably messed up the column. There is a bad exhaust leak coming from the drivers side header.
I will honestly probably take any offer this is a good truck but I really just need to get rid of it, im in college and I need the money. I was orignially going to do a 460 swap and t19 trans, but as I said before I need the money. I am also selling the built 460 and trans if anyone is interested in those also I can include a package deal.

Hey man, i'm pretty interested in the truck. I'm not too much of a mechanic so ill have to find some help to help me fix it up but do you know about how hard of a fix or how expensive of a fix it will be? My '88 F150 just died this past weekend so we have three people sharing one vehicle. The engine is blown so i would have to replase that and the transmission. I'm on a really tight budget but im kinda desperate. I have found many other cars but they will skyrocket my insurance. Just let me talk to my stepdad and see what we can do. I'll post again after. Is there a way we can test drive it?
