Hey, make sure of it but on a 2010 hyundai the 10 year/100k mi warranty applied only to the original owner.

That is correct; the subsequent owner will only receive the remainder of a 5 year, 60,000 mile powertrain warranty. Good luck with your sale anyhow. A simple CAI really livens this car up.
