2004 GMC Sierra Z71 CLEAN

Description: Ok so I've owned the truck for the last couple of years and used it as a DD and have been commuting from NC to NNSY with it. I love the truck but I've just learned that my fiancee is pregnant(!)
So i need to start looking for something 4 door.
I've driven the truck to Ashville, NC a couple times. (7 hour drive) and would not hesitate to drive it cross country. Has REESE receiver hitch with towing package, power drivers seat, windows and door locks, and factory floor mats. Completely stock with the exception of:
New MOOG wheel hubs(<1500 miles)
New front brake pads(<1500 miles)
16x10 M/T Wheels
K&N CAI
KICKER door speakers
Truck is babied and thoroughly taken care of. Never had aftermarket exhaust or programmer installed. Never "beat on". Washed and waxed, oil changed on schedule, etc..
THE BAD
It has started to develop a "clank" in the rear end during shifts from 2nd to 3rd. Seems to go away as I drive. Not sure why this is. 194k miles EASY miles, mainly highway. Few dents and scratches as one may expect from a black truck with the miles. Nothing excessive.
