2004 dodge srt-4 only 48k miles and good mods.

title: salvage title. car was hit in the rear at about 20k miles i believe thats what carfax said and the trunk,bumper,lights and right rear fender were replaced or fixed but no frame damgae car drives like new.
price: 13,000 or trade me something good i can mod and DD preferablly a del sol,mx-5, teg, EG, swaps...looking for a good summer car. plus 7k cash on your end cause its still on a loan.

thank you. and i'll do that. im taking it to all aspects to get another dyno done...without tthe diablo tune it did 210hp and 230tq so im wanting to see what the new tune and added boost has done.
