Change of plans, found a house.
Also updated original post, some people don't realize that when a Bank has the title that means you can't hold it before you pay for it and that they mail it out. So I added the escrow option for those that don't want to do it the normal way, you pay all fees (Should only be couple hundred dollars tops).

Another change of plans ... Took house downpayment to pay the Truck off since people still don't understand how bank loans work ... Also just bought, mounted, balanced, and installed four BRAND NEW Pirelli P Zero tires (Retails at $294 each).
