2001 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra Convertible 12k OBO

Hello, I'm considering letting this car go to try something different. Not forced to sell but willing to entertain reasonable offers. Trades are welcome, no Hondas unless RSX or S2000. Must be manual, interested in S2000, RSX, 350Z, R32, C5 Corvette, M3 e36 or e46, etc. Title will be in hand within a couple weeks as car is now paid off.
As for the car.. 2001 White Cobra convertible with tan top and interior. This was the first model Cobra with the leather / suede interior. Garage kept. 1 of 180. 77k miles. Clutch replaced at 50k. Top in great condition, interior shows less than average wear for 12 year old car. Front and rear bumpers were resprayed a year ago to fix scratches. Oil and fluids have been religiously maintained. I've owned the car since Feb 2010, purchased at 46k miles. Asking price set at 12, which is 2k below fair condition value with KBB. Like I said, not pressed to sell and willing to consider offers.

As for the bad
3rd gear synchro has been bad for quite some time, car is completely drivable and driven for 2 years with no grinding
Scratch on passenger side skirt

**update: car now paid off so broader trade search and can consider straight trades, 2 new tires to replace worn ones and bad wheel bearing replaced**

Attached below is a picture of the purchase invoice from when I bought the car in 2010. Buyer info and VIN are covered for obvious reasons. Was purchased from a dealer in Maryland that acquired the car as a trade in. The below links confirm the production numbers. I can take a few pictures tomorrow of anything you'd like to see including the engine bay and IRS in the rear.

Updated pictures in original posting to include 32 valve Cobra engine, leather suede embroidered seats, picture of dash showing Cobra airbag and miles, underneath rear showing IRS specific exhaust.
