2000 Jeep Wrangler Stretched and Lifted

Description:
Up for sale is my Jeep 2000 TJ Wrangler. It is my DD. I just rolled 65,000 on the odometer and the number goes up as the days move on.
The Good:
-4.0L, straight 6 engine. The engine is stock except for the cold air intake.
-Transmission is an NV3550 5 speed. Clutch was replaced three years again.
-Transfer case is a NV231. It was rebuild three years ago with Terra Low 4-1 gears and slip yoke eliminator.
-Tom Woods drive shaft.
The Rear Axle:
-Dana 44 with Yukon 4.88 gears with a 35 spline ARB air locker, 35 spline Alloy axles, and 5x5.5 bolt pattern hubs.
The Front Axle:
-High pinion Dana 44 with Yukon 4.88 gears on an 35 spline ARB air locker and 35 spline Alloy shafts.
-Big ARB air pump dedicated to the front and rear lockers.
-Cross over steering with a Blue Torch Fab steering arm.
-Manual hubs.
-Front axle is stretched forward 9 inches.
-Steering box and a Warn 8000 winch are frenched between the frame rails.
Suspension:
-Under the hood hoops
-Rancho Pro Series coilovers in the front.
-Rear is still set up for coilovers, but is currently equipped with coil springs and remote reservoir shocks.
-The rig only has 3.5 inches of lift, but just over 22" of clearance at the skid plate and 16 inches of travel.
-Long arm links were made from thick walled tubing with RE joints. All of the links are fully adjustable.
Rollers:
-38.5X14.5 TSL/SX Super Swampers tires
-Trail Ready beadlocks.
-I just changed the beadlock bolts and lock plate spacers. The front wheels are about 60% and the rear are about 75%. No Wheel Spacers. There is rock rash on the tires.
-I put 22 oz of BB's in the wheels for dynamic balancing.
Armor:
-A roll cage has been added with the rear seat retained.
-3/8" steel skid plate
-tube fenders
-corner guards
-rocker skid guards
-kilby gas tank skid.
Others:
-Hand Throttle
-CB Radio
-Black soft top keeps the weather out, but has seen better days.
-tan bikini top
-Full doors
-Half doors with removable hard uppers with real glass
- York air compressor with a pressure switch, a 20 gallon tank, and compressor outlet out the rear
The not good, but not that bad:
It does still have some death wobble if running over bumps at the 45-50 MPH range. A front end alignment would probably go a long way to helping this, but I have a lack of competent mechanics in my immediate area.
The high back tweed seats are super comfortable, though the driver side is slightly worn from the four point harness and has a tear in the bottom. The passenger seat also has a tear in the seat cushion.
The windshield is cracked, but I can replace it if an agreement can be reached and this is a deal breaker.
The rear has been severely trimmed to allow the wheel/tire combo to fit, but the flares hide the axe work.
There are bumps and scratches. These bumps and scratches have been hit with paint to prevent rust, but it is not a complete match. Mechanically this Jeep is in great shape.
