Price: $1,800 obo or trade for a project car

I have an 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport that been up for sale about 4 months ago. It's up back again expect it broke down on me. It needs a torque convertor. Other than that it's fine, everything woks. Any how, I'm looking to sell $1,800 obo as is or trade for an "project car". If it doesn't sell I will fix it my self and the sale price will be back at $4,500.

Description:

2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport black in color. Bumper end caps and bumper color matched from factory.
191,000 mileage. Always used rotella 15w40 diesel oil. Run flawlessly
It have nv242 transfer case with a full time option.
8.25 rear end.

Air shocks already installed, no idea where it came from but works flawlessly, good when towing.

The bad:
The headliner sag a little
A/c needs a recharged, never got around it
Some rust in small area, nothing too major
