1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Police Car-SOLD!!

This is a 96 Chevy Monte Carlo LS, It was a Police car and still has the high performance chip with it and high torque starter and the electronic box to make the lights strobe back and forth, it has a stock chip installed for better fuel economy but it still has the police chip in the glove compartment and the strobe box is not installed either for legal reasons. Although it could be installed again with no problems, The only catch is that you could not use them on the street. It has every option available including bucket leather seats with a floor shifter and alloy rims and more. It has a new transmission installed aswell as a new EGR system installed at the same time. It has 187k miles on it. But it needs a rotor and brake pads on the passenger side, I have the parts but I don't have the tools to install them. It has some dents and dings but nothing major. The leather seats are cracked, and it could use some good detailing, The previous owner( my uncle) had kids. It has a current inspection until 11-09, But it can not be test driven due to not having insurance and the correct tags, But you are more than welcome to come start it and hear it run. I will not ship the car anywhere, or accept checks/money order, Cash only. but I may consider a trade for another car, But it must have a current inspection and not have any major problems, Little problems/simple fixes may be fine, depending on what they are. But please no junk. I am mainly interested in Mustangs, Camaros/Firebirds, Thunderbirds/Cougars, Hondas and Nissans, But shoot me an offer, the worst that can happen is I say no. On the main road is what I meant, You can drive it around my neighborhood. I got caught once because some retard who test-drove my car and was acting like he was a nascar driver and I got a big ticket for not having insurance on it. This car does not have insurance on it or the right tags, I'm not risking going to jail for someone who may not be interested in the car anyway.
