Re: what do you think?
"shop" sounds like i have stuff there to buy. so no, not really. I'm trying to get this site up to sell my brake hoses on. I make these in my "shop". I leased the equipment to make them and have had really good sales on ebay, but i'm trying to get people to go to the site instead and purchase so i don't have the fees that ebay charges.
THe "shop" is more like a 2 room area i rent to keep my bikes and tools.

Yeah thats sort of what I meant. Ive seen some of your bikes on here and the work looks nice. So nice that I bought an old kz550 to fix up but I'm pretty much an amateur. If i need cables i no where to go.

you need to have a process that dynamically reduces the picture size. The reason all the thumbs look crappy is because it's a large picture that is scaled down via html. That's not how you should do it.
you need to have a process that allows you to import a picture of the item, and then is reduces it to a certain size, and that new small picture is used on the main page as the thumbnail of the item.

Re: what do you think?
i'll try some smaller pics, maybe that would help? I don't know enough to change the sizes other then with the precoded html. do you think smaller pics would do the trick?

Re: what do you think?
diggin it.
didn't know you were making lines, might have to hit you up on some custom stuff if you do made-to-order lengths.
Ever think about doing cables too? There's not alot of places out there doing custom length cables for metric bikes, let alone OLD metric bikes. I've been trying to convince my boss that it'd be a good idea to buy cable-making equipment, just so I don't have to hassle with trying to find what I need (and to make correct length cables for my bikes )
edit: damnit, I'm a tard... I knew that bike on 650chopper looked familiar, didn't realize it was yours!

General rulebod thumb for pictures in HTML. Never scale pictures. If you need a smaller picture, then resize the image and save it as a new picture .
