VMP Tonight?
Who is planning on going to street wars tonight at VMP from the richmond area? I'm planning on going and getting their about 445 - 5 ish. If anyone is going and wants to ride togehter let me know.

Gotcha....I've decided just to stay local and hit up richmond dragway to get a few runs in. If anyone is going to richmond I guess I'll see you their.

I don't think you could ask for a better night for racing. Beautiful weather and RD was packed. I got 7 runs in, pulled up the front on 2 of the runs and scared the piss outtah me b/c I really was not expecting it at all...lol. best run is below:
R/T = .2208
60' = 2.0994
1/8 = 8.71 @ 81.30
1/4 = 13.66 @ 98.27
All in all I had a great time but drag racing just doesn't give me the thrill that a nice twisty road does.

thats not bad at all, especially your first time out on the bike... i almost came tonight, but ended up going to F.A.T.S., didn't get to put the car on the dyno though, next weekend

And they are open next friday too (weather premiting). But I don't think I'm gonna take my bike. I think I'm gonna take the monte carlo out for another run before the season is over.
